The High Commissioner of Ghana in Malaysia, Her Excellency Florence B. Akonor (Mrs.) on 24th September, 2025 held a productive meeting with the leadership of PEMANDU Associates, a Malaysia-based transformation consultancy renowned for its “Big Fast Results” (BFR) methodology and extensive global development experience.
The engagement explored potential collaboration to support Ghana’s national transformation agenda, particularly in areas of private-sector-led growth, implementation discipline and results delivery. Discussions focused on sharing Malaysia’s successful development models and identifying opportunities for technical cooperation, public–private partnerships and knowledge transfer.
A key outcome of the meeting was an agreement to facilitate a technical working visit by Ghana’s Tree Crop Development Authority (TCDA) to Malaysia in November 2025, aimed at learning from Malaysia’s palm oil and agribusiness value-chain models.
The meeting reaffirmed the Mission’s commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that advance Ghana’s development priorities and deepen Ghana–Malaysia cooperation.
